The location was good as it was near key tourist spots and easy to access. The hotel had a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. the hotel amenities were decent and it had a nice view of the city.
The check-in process was a disaster. It took the supervisor’s assistance to resolve the issue.

In terms of service, the staff is friendly and approachable. You'll also appreciate the delicious breakfast offered in the morning.
Keep in mind that the restaurant is quite small, so you may need to wait for a table during busy periods.

Location was great, close to everything we planned to visit during our trip. the view from the room was also nice, with a clear sight of the busy street. the staff was friendly but not very efficient.
